Technology is an ever morphing and ever changing subject. Thomas Edison was rumored to create the incandescent light bulb, though some people credit that invention as a stolen pattern from Nikola Tesla. Some of the oldest technology that is around is still used today, creating our future from inventions of the past. It is an always growing 'entity' and will likely double in our lifetime.
